I love the ACT Math (don't ask me why).  Anyhow, I wrote a pretty cool ACT Calculator Prep Program and later figured out how to make it downloadable.  There is some pretty solid research that suggests that calculator fluency on test day can save time and improve accuracy.  So we thought, "everyone should have this option!"
